Payment is required when you book and is non refundable except if I need to change or cancel your booking (this is of course unlikely). You can transfer your booking to another time with no charge if you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Full fee is payable for cancellations or changes within 48 hours notice. Your appointment time is valuable and sought after and requires a commitment. Your booking indicates acceptance of these conditions. Many thanks.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
